Hello, my name is Kellie Doucette-McFadden, my amazing RVP partner is Vernon McFadden III . We have been married for 32 years and loving every moment of it, we have our amazing beautiful 20-year-old daughter Khloe’ Grace, who is our heart! 

Our Primerica journey started 10 +years ago. I’m a former HR administrative assistant and Vernon is 26 yrs with the State of Louisiana.

We came here just for part-time income of an extra $500 a month. I encountered the toughest time in my life when I lost my father in 2020.  During this time  a decision was made to become an RVP, and we achieved it in June of 2020!

We are excited about the opportunity to grow new SWATTEAM RVP leaders that will help the community to reach their financial goals through the opportunity that we offer here at Primerica!
